Careers
If you want to work somewhere that cares about who you are — not just what you produce — keep reading.
Alexander Grading isn't just a place to work — it's a place to grow. We're a faith-driven team that believes the people running the equipment matter more than the equipment itself. When we say "Building People by Moving Dirt," we mean it.
We run 5 crews across Upstate South Carolina with over 60 pieces of our own equipment. We're growing, and we're always looking for operators, laborers, and leaders who share our values and want to be part of something that matters.
Why Work Here
We start with God. Our values aren't corporate talk — they're how we actually operate. You'll feel the difference on day one.
We care about you as a person first, an employee second. Your family matters. Your growth matters. Your safety is non-negotiable.
We're a growing company with growing opportunities. If you bring the work ethic and attitude, we'll help you build a career — not just clock hours.
60+ pieces of equipment that we own and maintain. You'll run iron that works, with GPS technology that makes your job better.
You're not just moving dirt — you're building something. Schools, shelters, churches, businesses. Your work matters.
Crews of 3-7 people who work together, look out for each other, and take pride in what they build.
