THE DIRT WE'VE MOVED ACROSS THE UPSTATE.

Since 2019, Alexander Grading has completed 100+ commercial site work projects across eight Upstate South Carolina counties — technical-college campuses, K-8 schools, municipal water infrastructure, SCDOT roadway work, mill redevelopments, and site packages for national retail brands. All self-performed: clearing through final grade, with the underground utilities installed by the same crews.

Educational and institutional work is where schedule discipline matters most — a campus opens on a date, not a range. We're currently performing site work on two Piedmont Technical College buildings at once, alongside school projects in three more counties.
